1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GenieGranted ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use GenieGranted. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

GenieGranted is an experience crowdfunding platform that connects "Wishers" (people seeking funding for experiences) with "Genies" (people who provide funding). Our Service includes:

• Experience creation and planning tools
• Crowdfunding mechanisms through our "Wish" currency (1 Wish = $5 USD)
• Vendor marketplace and reverse auction system
• Social features including buddy matching and collaborative planning
• Payment processing and fund distribution

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the Service.

4. Wishes and Payments

4.1 Wish Currency

• 1 Wish equals $5 USD
• Wishes are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe)
• 80% of each Wish goes to experience funding
• 20% goes to the Wish Pool for platform incentives and operations

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• You are responsible for any taxes on your purchases

4.3 Refund Policy

4.4 Free Wishes and Promotions

Promotional wishes (including daily first-10-user bonuses) are subject to specific terms and conditions, including requirements to create and share experiences. Abuse of promotional programs may result in account termination.

5. Experience Creation and Funding

5.1 Wisher Responsibilities

As a Wisher, you agree to:

• Create honest, accurate experience descriptions
• Use funds only for the stated experience purpose
• Complete funded experiences within reasonable timeframes
• Provide updates to your Genies
• Not create experiences for illegal activities

5.2 Genie Rights

As a Genie, you understand that:

• Wishes are gifts, not investments or loans
• You have no equity or ownership rights in experiences
• Wishers have discretion in how they fulfill experiences
• GenieGranted does not guarantee experience completion

5.3 Fund Release

Funds are released to Wishers when experiences reach funding goals. We may hold funds pending verification or investigation of potential fraud.

6. Vendor Relationships

6.1 Third-Party Services

GenieGranted connects users with third-party vendors for experience fulfillment. We are not responsible for vendor services, and all vendor relationships are directly between you and the vendor.

6.2 Information Sharing

By creating or funding experiences requiring vendor services, you authorize us to share necessary information with vendors for fulfillment purposes, including:

• Contact information
• Dietary restrictions and accessibility needs
• Experience preferences and requirements
• Other information necessary for service delivery

6.3 Vendor Disputes

Disputes with vendors should be resolved directly with the vendor. GenieGranted may assist in mediation but is not responsible for vendor performance.

7. User Content

7.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant GenieGranted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

7.2 Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech or discriminatory content
• Is obscene, offensive, or inappropriate
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains malware or harmful code

7.3 Social Media Integration

If you connect social media accounts and authorize posting, you grant us permission to post updates about your experiences on your behalf. You can revoke this permission at any time in your account settings.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Create fraudulent or misleading experiences
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Manipulate or abuse the Wish system
• Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Circumvent security measures
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Use bots or automated systems without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Intellectual Property

GenieGranted and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Logical Blueprint LLC. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks include "GenieGranted," "Wishholders," and related logos and designs.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 No Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Experiences will be completed as described
• Vendors will perform satisfactorily
• Information on the Service is accurate or complete

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenieGranted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to GenieGranted in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.3 Travel Risks

You acknowledge that travel and experiences involve inherent risks. GenieGranted is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage during experiences. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenieGranted, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content posted on the Service
• Your experiences or interactions with vendors

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of GenieGranted shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.

12.2 Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against GenieGranted.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms
